Getting it in writing

Your contract should include the following information:
- Number of hours the photographer(s) will be available on the wedding day
- Name of photographer(s)
- Cost of an engagement session
- Post-wedding processes (are actual prints delivered to you, and are they posted on a purchasing website?)
- Timeline detailing when you will receive pictures
- Cost (or range) of an album (and parent albums)
- Travel fees
- Deposit amount and schedule of payments
- Cancellation policy
