Celebrate Rhode Island Ball

More than 800 guests joined hosts Governor and Mrs. Donald Carcieri at the 2007 Celebrate Rhode Island Ball, February 10th at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The event raised $140,000 through sponsorships, ticket income, contributions and raffle/silent auction income. Proceeds benefit the Salvation Army’s Rhode Island Good Neighbor Energy Fund, which provides energy assistance to individuals and families in temporary crisis.
